Please bear in mind that we are an information site – we cannot help you with questions about your gambling account, your bets or your winnings with individual gambling operators. We refer such matters to the customer service of the operator concerned.
What we can help with
We are happy to answer questions about the content on the site. This could include corrections of inaccurate information, suggestions for topics we should cover, or questions about the sources and facts in our articles.
If you have spotted a factual error in an article, we are especially grateful if you get in touch, preferably with a link to the page in question.
What we cannot help with
The site is an independent information site. We do not sell games, act as an intermediary for games or accept stakes. We therefore cannot help with questions about gambling accounts, deposits, withdrawals or winnings – please contact the customer service of the relevant gambling operator instead.
Nor do we give personal gambling advice or betting tips, as our role is solely to describe facts.
